`THE POLE DANCER BODY` CLASS
Strength, Flexibility, Core Conditioning and Balance. Jamie has finally put down on paper what she does OFF THE POLE. Inspired by seeing students struggle with the exercises she would suggest they try at home, she decided to dedicate an entire hour to everything that will keeps you toned, flexible and pole-strong. This class is great for those who wish to get the body of a pole dancer but do not want to pole dance. Also good for Pole students who wish to make pole dancing that whole lot easier. Bring trainers, trackies/joggers,water and a towel. Also a yoga mat if you have one. (There is no pole dancing in this class) DATE: Every Wed at 6.00pm COST: £5 |
